November 9, 2019 - "Single" Bottle SLDS @ Glass: Smoke, woody, mint, chocolate, cherry and some honeyed caramel. Palate shows a similar flavour profile, there is good texture and balance with an element of mineral freshness lifting the wine up. Drink now for sure, but this bottle seemed in great condition.

March 2, 2007 - Dinner at Bern's with Black and group. This was sort of dead for me. I think the rest of the group liked it more, but I think they said that because you just HAVE to love Chave! Past it's prime.
