May 17, 2022 - Sorrowfully, my last bottle. A recommendation long ago from a store in Healdsburg. A very good Cali Cab. Only tried this vintage but mat search out a newer one.

August 21, 2010 - On the nose: camphor is the prominent note, dark fruits, leather and a bit of cinnamon at the distance. Rather nice bouquet. Medium concentration and decent structure. A bit aggressive on the attack, velvet tannins, 30 seconds finish, stewed plumbs. Experts mention that the closing window of this wine is 2010. Completely disagree. This wine has a few more years of life left on it.

May 17, 2010 - Decanted for about an hour but started drinking out of the decanter just to see how it was. Yes somewhat muted for a cab but much better than my first bottle a couple of years ago...rather enjoyable, smooth and well integrated.
