March 24, 2023 - Very good. Opened it for a few hours and let it slow ox. Nose has butterscotch, honeysuckle, and hazelnut. Very pronounced, interesting and nice.

Excellent minerality on the palate, full and mouth coating, but somehow the lacking precision. Maybe more time?

93 for nose; down a point for the overall experience.

June 2, 2021 - Quenching medium bodied ripe Meyer lemon and chalky minerality. Very good. I may be under rating - let’s see how it does with time.

February 11, 2020 - Tasting at Louis Jadot (Beaune): Reserved aromas at this stage. The palate is large-scaled with serious concentration and heft in both fruit and structure. Just not showing much, especially compared to the flashy Gouttes d'Or and Genevrieres. I suspect it'll be a great wine some day, but hard to see much now.

February 11, 2020 - Burgundy, Day 1 (Beaune, France): Tastes like a Meursault Perrières to me. Stony, rocky, and just really structural with a minute hint of sulphur and lots of bitter citrus oils. Sinewy and lithe without the exuberantly sweet and ripe fruit from the vintage, this is a more mineral and acid sort of chardonnay. The lack of sweetness doesn't mean this is thin, as there's a really compelling breadth to this wine. I will be adding this to my own cellar.

July 1, 2019 - Tasting at Louis Jadot (Beaune): Forward, rich and dense aromatics. Really nice richness and fruit concentration, though there is refreshing acidity especially in the lively finish. Good flint notes throughout. 90-92
