April 26, 2020 - Is it just slightly deeper in color than last bottle 1+ mo ago?
Nose > Bosc pear, lime, ginger. Very Pinot. Slightly more richness.
Palate > Big, round, full, with pear, red cherry, & definitely more richness than last bottle. More developed all around. Still quite nice, but lost a bit of its edge, grip & finesse. No flaws, so this is just bottle variation.

March 18, 2020 - Med-light yellow gold. Very full mousse of med sized bubbles.
Nose > Big Bosc pear with lime flesh, lime-oil/zest with touch of ginger & Rainier cherry. Spicy, mildly pungent, Pinot dominant blend. Some underlying creamy/bready lees, but this is mostly about the forward, firm,
ripe & tart orchard fruit dipped in lime juice.
Palate > Big, round shape. Full bodied. Powerful Bosc pear, pear skin bound to lime flesh & lime-oil.
Morello cherry, nectarine, with background notes of freshly baked Italian bread & creamy lees. Adds a mildly bitter note like Bosc pear/nectarine skin with citrus zest. Balance goes to the big, bold, tight, ripe & tart fruit at the expense of complexity. Very Pinot. Med intensity. Med+ acidity.

July 12, 2019 - Lovely as always. Light nut and toasty notes. Apple on finish. Fine bubbles. Well balanced acidity, pairs nicely with cheese and other foods.
Jul 2020 update: not as good as a year ago, less acidity and effervescence. Dry, a little toast, minimal finish.
