Community Tasting Notes 2

September 1, 2021 - This had a really interesting nose of honeydew and lemon, but it tasted strange and almost bitter on the palate. With food, the lack of acidity caused this wine to fall apart. Not sure what the breakout between Marsanne and Roussanne is here, but it probably would have been better with more of one and less of the other.

August 15, 2021 - Tough to grok this one. Lots of mineral and decay floral perfume I love and then some of the same disharmony from unintegrated bitters that remind me of Munson hybrids. Quince fruit. Insane pretty gold color and air is shaving some edges but there is a core conflict that works in theory but not for me today.
