March 9, 2024 - Hawker night at Caroline's: Guessed this to be a Chardonnay-dominant blend from a warmer vintage like 2012. Broad-shouldered with a creamy texture, but with tensile citrus fruit. Well-balanced and enjoyable.

October 16, 2022 - Bordeaux 2012 (By SS in the Ertepeller.): Slightly mature bouquet with hazelnuts. Complex with a good mousse, herbs and spices and lovely citrus acidity.

October 14, 2022 - Best bottle (Ristorante da Salvo, Stuttgart): Quick & dirty note: Good, solid Champagne, did not take notes, but it also did not touch me and was not remarkabkle enough to rember anything...

May 8, 2022 - Occasional dinner group: A mixed set.. (@ Bouwkunde, Deventer): A bit rustic in the perfumed bouquet with minerals and white fruits as well. On the palate some nuts, good citrus, beautifully dry and a good length.

May 25, 2021 - Pastry nose. Burnt honey.

Brioche hits you immediately, followed by bright yellow fruit, minerals, and a laser focused lime pith finish.

    Great.
