January 25, 2020 - Une bonne surprise ! Je m’attendais à un vin astringent et acide. Au contraire, frais, agrumes et une touche florale en bouche. Finale quasiment inexistante par contre . Se boit très bien avec canapé saumon fumé, sushis, poissons blancs. Fait penser à un chablis léger mais sans être minéral. Pour le bien, peut-être attendre 2-3 ans de cave pour une meilleure finition.
