November 8, 2020 - Nez superbe et charmeur, dans l’esprit d’un Meursault avec belle complexité aromatique (brioche, beurre, minéralité, notes boisées), en bouche le vin est plus simple avec matière moins riche qu’attendue mais un vin très beau pour l’appellation Beaujolais Blanc, digne d’un cru Bourguignon. Une bouteille issue d’un Clos au sol calcaire et monopole du Château Thivin, situé au sein du village de Theizé, au “Pays des Pierres Chaudes” - 91+/100
