  September 1, 2022 - Really pretty good. My first experience with this wine. Complex nose with tropical fruit, lemon and lime. Not as green apple as Austrian wines may be. A little fizzy. Tried a glass or two then gave it a shake which got rid of some carbonic notes.
  
  Palate shows some tropical fruit as well. Concentrated with lift, a balanced mid palate and a long finish.My wife daughter really liked it. Nice wine; not sure quite how to sum it up.

  March 4, 2021 - There’s so much concentration of fruit here that’d you’d be forgiven for mistaking it for some RS, yet this is bone dry. There’s so much tension in the glass, that I thought the thin Grassl would break just from holding the wine. Ample tropical and stone fruits, crush rocks, candied lime, flint smoke, and a creamy texture to finish it. This just kept getting better with more air, though it's tough to keep your hands off it long enough for it to do that.

  March 3, 2021 - 嗅觉上果味成熟浓郁，整体有点块头。黄桃软糖、蜜饯橘子皮、菠萝、柠檬、淡淡的醋栗和细碎的草本，偏新鲜药草和香料调，中后段带有绵密的奶油（醒酒之后更明显）和飘飘的白花香，石灰粉扑散延伸到轻微的矿物质地，收尾带点凉意。入口稍显饱满浓郁，带扩张感，结构感仍能保持，酸度起初融化在酒液中，后随着醒酒慢慢显现出来，在后段形成略带锐利的收束。菠萝果酱、酸橘、葡萄柚、未熟的草莓，中段开始酸粉、石灰萦绕的矿物细腻、烟雾和些许草本碎，收尾有果脯。91/100
