  August 5, 2023 - I love the look of this. Brilliant orange with a thin head.
  Nose: I can't help but go to beer. This smells like a gauze blended with a tripel.
  Palate: Funky French off-dry cider brewer with Belgian yeast. Dried apricot and coriander. Medium+ acid, off-dry, medium- tannin, spumante.

  April 5, 2021 - Je ne n'ai pas été renversé par ce vin ni blanc, ni rouge, entre sec et sucré, avec une effervescence à peine perceptible. Au final, ce n'est ni bon ni mauvais et une petite déception face à mes attentes. Original par son style et sa présentation, mais un peu banal côté goût...

  Nose: Apple butter, myrrh, light petrol note, crushed cinnamon and clove. Full, forward projection.
  
  Mouth: Notes of medium sweet, pureed golden apple come in just ahead of a very fine mousse that brings in a lemon creme and toasted almond flavor that lingers together with a fine laced tinge of baking spice and buttered popcorn on the very end.
  
  Overall: Distinctive and unique, this shows good flavor and a judicious use of residual sugar to enhance the flavors it already has, rather than using it as a crutch. A really fun, memorable little wine. Drink now. 97% Debina and 3% Vlahiko.
