  August 13, 2022 - A nice velvety feel while still being refreshing and fruity. Has a nice level of complexity and finish. Would love to see this with a couple more years on it.

  April 9, 2022 - Crystalline clear, med yellow-green; distinctive mineral and saline notes up front, salt lick, sea breeze, with tangy underripe yellow peach, yellow apple, hint of blanched almond; silky refined entry, med body, nice tangy med-long mineral infused finish. Loved this character--excellent Etna Bianco. Deep fried wild cod at B&T.

  February 15, 2021 - I am a big fan of the Pietra Marina bottling, so when I saw this, I figured I had to give this a shot. Unfortunately, while this is certainly nice, it doesn't compare to that wine (and in fairness, given the price difference, it probably shouldn't, although this is still a fairly pricy Etna Bianco).
  
  Crisp on the nose, and taut, with pronounced acidity, on the palate.
