February 25, 2024 - Solid bottle of wine. I opened this to cook with and was surprised on how well it drank. Not the in your face grapefruit of a NZ SB, it was almost Riesling like with freshness and a hint of sweetness. Lime, fresh flower and yellow fruits abound. A hint of green apple as well. Definitely enjoyed this.

December 25, 2021 - Een Sancerre-achtige Zuid Afrikaan. Granaatappel en citrusvruchten aromas zijn onmiskenbaar, gevolgd door groen fruit, misschien zelfs wat gras. Bomvol met mineralen, die de wijn zijn textuur geeft. Lekker scherp, een mooi punch.

July 24, 2021 - Bright pale golden color, super citrus and grapefruit on the nose. Upon opening a bit sharp finish. Kept half for the next day and was noticeably smoother. Not a bad wine. But not a “go-to white” for me.
