El aburrimiento de esta cuatentena no me ha matado, todavía. Mucha fruta blanca en nariz, escasa mineralidad y una monotonía que aburre al instante.
Amplio y sabroso en boca aunque monolítico, muy acido y bastante corto.
Desconozco en qué se diferencia de un Valdesil corriente (fermentación y lías aparte) salvo en el precio porque vale el doble -

April 11, 2020 - Konzentriert, mit schöner Extraktsüße und einem Maul voll saftig, reifer Äpfel. Sehr buttrig, unterlegt von zartem Nussaroma, der Einsatz von Holz im Ausbau ist deutlich wahrnehmbar. Ein schöner Wein, der mit 5 weiteren Jahren Reife oder mehr aber sicherlich noch wesentlich feiner und klarer werden wird.
