January 12, 2024 - Fresh and grassy, sharp green/gooseberry fruit with a bit of minerality; quite simple but well made.

September 29, 2023 - Pressed cork, pale yellow colour, smells of quince and freshly mowed grass, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth quince and mango, the second glass has a little bit of residual acidity, in the aftertaste quince and mango, a rather short length (10 sec), an ok wine, something else for a change.

July 7, 2022 - 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 12.5% vol.
PnP. Needs 10 to 20 minutes to open. Typical Sauvignon Blanc nose with gooseberry, medium+ acidity, good mouthfeel and medium+ length. Very good basic white Bordeaux in a perfect spot now (88-89 points), easy drinking, perfect as starter or at its own on a warm summer evening. Drink within the next 1 or 2 years. -

February 27, 2022 - Straw with golden hue. This is made in a straight forward easy to drink uncomplicated style. Fruity with great balance. 5/11/15/7. -2024

May 22, 2021 - 89 vvPunkte (100% Sauvignon Blanc) Anfangs eher zurückhaltende Nase, öffnet sich dann mit etwas Luft rasch, zeigt Holunderblüten, weisser Pfirsich, Grapefruit und sogar Fenchelsamen. Im Gaumen straff, schlank, saftig, wirkt frisch, mit markantem Säurenerv und viel Würze, das hat Zug, ist sehr trinkanimierend und zeigt im Abgang eine herrliche Zitrusfrucht. Ein sehr balancierter und frischer Wein. Zu Seefisch oder einem Spargelgericht. (April 2021)
