Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Crunge Likes this wine: 93 points

October 8, 2022 - Same basic notes as before: soft, feminine style, but excellent flavors. Plums and raspberries on the palate, with still no cocoa or tea. The last sip had a bit of sediment and there was the slightest hint of some earth in that sip. I like this wine but suggest drinking sooner, as it doesn't appear to be built for long-term aging.

April 24, 2022 - Incredibly smooth, feminine style wine on a pop and pour. Not a hard edge on this. Dark fruits with no cocoa, slate, or other earth, but not a fruit bomb at all. Paired with a bone-in rib eye but would have preferred it without food.
