February 25, 2020 - This wine is very surprising. A sparkling dry rose which is very nice to drink as an aperitif or should go very nicely with a variety of foods. It's no where near as sparkling as a sparkling wine and yet it has a definite sparking character and will "fizz". It is a dry wine with nice fruit but not overwhelming and certainly not sweet. This would be the ideal "front porch wine" in the summer or would go beautifully with grilled seafood or poultry.
