July 21, 2023 - Prasm nailed the notes and the score. Loved the wine and for the price I paid for this bottle, it is great QPR compared with the modern priced quality Sauv Blanc that are emanating from Northern Ca these days. Ordered three and this is the first one.

July 9, 2023 - Consumed over 2 days (stored in Somm du Vin), note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, medium gold. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of peach, grapefruit, honeydew melon, nutmeg, and ginger. Palate: Dry, medium acid, medium body, medium + intensity, 14.1% abv with flavors of peach, apricot, and ginger with a medium + finish.
Balance: Excellent
Length: Excellent
Intensity: Excellent
Complexity: Very good
Had a couple glasses on day 1 and this felt a little disjointed, like I had waited to long. However, this was definitely drinking better on day 2 - it had come into balance on day 2. That being said, generally speaking Sauv Blanc is not made to age, but this is a minor exception to that rule. I believe this is nearing it's peak today. August 6, 2022 - Great creamy tropical fruit. Creamy mango, brûléed pineapple. Nice finish. In a good spot right now.
