December 26, 2020 - Drank with shawarma-flavored chicken and mom's lemon orzo. Not mind blowing, but solid at the $15 price point.

December 12, 2020 - I love white wine and this was wonderful. It coats your mouth with lemon curd and honeysuckle.

October 24, 2020 - Tasted over 2 days - and at different temperatures - preferred after a bit of air and slightly on the chilled side (between fridge and cellar temp). Notes of white flower and melon. Day 2 > 1. Definitely a good buy and would consider again at $14 from the recent Lastbottle marathon.

July 23, 2019 - Served chilled at a dinner at Racines with the winery owners. A blend of 48% Grenache Blanc, 33% Roussanne, 12% Picpoul, and 7% Viognier. There is no doubt that this combination of Grenache Blanc and Picpoul create a very lively acidity, and make this wine particularly food friendly, but the Roussanne and Viognier seem not to deliver the aromatics and flavors that one might expect. At best, there was some light white fruit on both the nose and the palate.
I don't think it was the serving temperature as I did allow the wine to warm in the glass. Might the wine have needed more air? Were the grapes picked too early? Or, did the blend just need more of the aromatic grapes, and less of the acidic grapes? I don't know. In any case, there are other wines like this from Paso (e.g., Tablas Creek's Patelin de Tablas Blanc), at more reasonable prices. Will refrain from rating.
