February 19, 2024 - Lots of brioche and almonds with tart, green apple. Very creamy. I enjoyed this, but it could cellar a few more years as well.

March 17, 2023 - (Disgorged in September 2022, base year 2019, 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay, dosage approx. 8.5 gr/L)
Light yellow colour with a reddish hue and a very wild mousse with a pleasant and easy going nose showing vanilla oak and freshly baked bread. Youthful palate showing red apples acidity combined with a touch tropical note of passion fruit and with a creamy feeling on the pleasant finish.
(Probably best with 1-5 years extra cellaring) -
