October 13, 2023 - Italian odds and sods (N&J's place, Canberra): From Coravin. Slightly earthy, dried herbs and flowers, a little muted cherry fruit. Juicy, medium plus intensity acidity, quite Bovril/beef extract on the palate, plentiful drying tannins with a slightly sour cherry underpin, those dried herbs join on the finish. Long, rather nice.
