August 23, 2021 - Tart, mineralic, iron(?), dusty pink pepper and baking spices. Underripe fruit. Could use more fruit to balance the underripe tartness. Light body, medium alcohol, fresh.

EDIT: Drank more 12+ hours after opening and the wine’s sharp edges really morphed into something beautiful. Definitely give this wine some air.

June 8, 2021 - Cranberry and dust. A little sour, in a good way.

January 2, 2021 - Bright red fruit, strawberry and raspberry and sour cherries. Nice minerality mid-palette. Fun, not amazing quality, but super crushable.

Decant (bottle decant probably fine) for half an hour as there is residual CO2 when first opening that blows off but first half glass appears to have imperfections until it blows off

September 5, 2020 - Interesting wine. Definitely has a spritz immediately upon opening, which I personally found off putting. After struggling through a half glass, I double decanted the remainder and it blew off a lot of CO2. After which, it was immensely more enjoyable. Lots of clean, crisp fruit with nice balance.

July 16, 2020 - Good not great. VERY fruit forward with some interesting smoke/spice mid palate. Lacking in acid to make more balanced. Not bad just not a great value.
