August 21, 2019 - High charged aromatics - asked to have attempted the end of the tasting. Loads of jalapeño and green pepper nose. Dry and gravelly. Light with fruit.

July 29, 2019 - Pale lime green in the glass. Straightforward, crisp, bit green on the palate. Has that nice grassy-tropical fruit profile. Medium finish. Simple and nothing overly exciting, but well-balanced.
