July 24, 2019 - Cotes de Bordeaux Trip; 7/23/2019-7/27/2019: Lots of floral tones here (violets, roses, wild herbs) along with chilled red and black currants, mint and eucalyptus. Lighter in still but still built well with moderate tannins. Tangy cherries and raspberries, vibrant and elegant fruit with complex notes of rose petals, mint, eucalyptus. Lovely freshness here. Beautiful to drink now or over the next few years while the 2016 and 2015 age.
