January 13, 2023 - Charming red fruit, a whiff of wood, some cocoa, some ripeness in the smooth midtaste and than comes a firm, but good aftertaste with a hint of vanilla.

October 29, 2022 - Deep, ruby colored wine in the glass. Moderately intense aromas of red plum, blackberry, herbs, and fresh asphalt. On the palate, I also tasted orange peel and vanilla. The wine is juicy with velvety tannins. It was rather one-dimensional at first, but a brief aeration really brought it to life and it was best with food

March 28, 2022 - The wine has a deep garnet color with medium legs. Aromas of black current, cherries have a hint of spicy anise and mint. There is a full bright flavor of plum and cherry fruitiness at first but it finishes with good herbal tannins. This is a medium bodied wine with medium acidity. I feel like it would be smoother and fuller with some age.

January 17, 2022 - Had this at a tasting and loved it. Thought I might try a bottle. It is very cool. With just a touch of air some savory notes come out. It's riper than a northern Rhone, but there are a lot of similarities with the trees fruit, that savoriness, and even a little textural sameness. Keeping with that anology, it would be like a Croze. There isn't the depth of a great wine, but the feeling of the region is there. I see no reason not to recommend at under $20 for those looking to explore something new and who enjoy a lighter styled wine but still like fruit.

October 22, 2021 - Too sweet in the nose, the taste is dry, there is some fat, the wine is juicy, well made, but missing personality.
