On reconnait peu du caractère variétal du Chardonnay.
Acidité vive. amertume, Foin mouillé, pomme verte, un peu court. -

August 21, 2019 - Le nez de cette cuvée laisse perplexe. À l'ouverture, très similaire à des brets. Ca se dissipe ou plutôt ca se transforme après plusieurs minutes. Fumé, poivre blanc, poussière, le fruit à l'arrière-plan.
En bouche mandarine, poivre blanc (Gruner ...), finale saline.
Je conserverai les deux autres bouteilles au moins deux ans.
