September 3, 2021 - Blackberry/blueberry pie, tar, black pepper, plum, ash. Medium-full body. Medium-plus, velvety tannins. Medium-long finish. Really good right now and should drink well for 4-5 years.

June 5, 2021 - This paired beautifully with our early June grilled hamburgers and all the fixings. It is drinking smooth right out of the bottle - we did not decant, but you probably would want to if you are having it with something more delicate than hamburgers! A great wine from a very reliable producer.

February 17, 2021 - A luscious, smooth, elegant Petite Sirah. This is definitely the kind of wine that Anaba does very, very well. We loved it. Decanted for 3 hours.

July 23, 2019 - July 2019 Trip to Sonoma; 7/22/2019-7/23/2019 (Sonoma): Blackberry, tar, blueberry. Full-minus body. Medium-plus acidity & tannin. Needs time.
