January 27, 2020 - Deep ruby in the glass with violet hues. Pronounced aromatics leaning towards candied blueberry, blackcurrant, paprika, cardamom, mint. High acid, like piercingly high, but well-balanced with the alcohol (14.5%) and expressed unripe tannins. Long finish. Needs more time in the bottle.
