September 11, 2021 - I was asked to choose a red wine to pair with grilled, smoked bratwursts. Served chilled on a hot afternoon, this wine worked nicely.

December 12, 2020 - This is a wine that speaks very much of Gamay. Dark red color. Herbal aromatics. Palate is herbal with earth and mild red fruits. Seems like it will continue to age nicely. Excellent.
