  September 10, 2023 - The nose needed quite a bit of air to wake up, it was very shy at first. With some air, it became very lemony with mineral notes and flint. High acidity on the palate with a lovely lemon (juice) note, crushed rocks, green apple, and citrus zest. Nice finish. A lovely wine that is very enjoyable now, although it doesn't have the complexity or depth of the Manon.

  January 21, 2023 - Slight funk on opening. Decanted for 1 hour. Heaps of apple on the nose - my wife thought it was cider when she smelled it at first. There’s also a pronounced flinty smell and perhaps some smoke in the background. Mild grassy herbaceousness too.
  
  Very high acidity on the palate. More apple and some citrus next. A tiny bit of CO2 remains. Very long finish which mellows and develops wonderfully in the mouth. Really well made. An absolutely fantastic Aligoté.

  June 17, 2020 - Fresh apple and citrus. Good acidity. Nice length. Refreshing. Very good even on 2nd day. Not cheap
