  November 9, 2022 - Extraordinarily funky. For a moment i thought it was a natural wine with something strange growing in it. I hope it was a defective bottle since I have another in the cellar.

  June 18, 2022 - A little bit more animalistic, bretty, this time. Maybe not quite as good as previous bottle because not quite as clean, but still eminently drinkable, engaging wine. More focus on the syrah this time time, more black olives, blackberries and meat. If there was ever a perfect Bistrot wine this would be in for a shout of being that.

  February 19, 2022 - 闻香有淡淡动物皮毛味，紫罗兰和酸梅粉的香气，一些胡椒气息，入口酸度高，单宁紧致，如细沙般铺满口腔，酒液咸鲜，湿石头，湿树叶，一些烟熏质感，话梅的酸咸和回甘，微氧化风格的酒，杨梅汁，沙枣的香味，后段香料辛辣，余味香料感。Leon Barral 家标志性的结构感和香料感，偏自然酒的酒体但风格咸鲜严肃，果香再活跃一些就更加完美。

  January 8, 2022 - Plums and dark cherries fill the palate. The tannins were present, but not overpowering.
  
  Its drinking very well upon opening, and it was a satisfying end to the night.
