January 17, 2024 - Cote-Rotie Blonde du Seigneur 2017 from Domaine Georges Vernay. Dark red in color. Even its quite young or better because of its youth there is a spicy nose of black fruits with an aromatic pepper note. Yes still on the fruity site even in the mouth. Tarte cheeries paired with elegant tannins which makes it complex and underlines the power of aging. Love it !

October 20, 2023 - Huge nose and real power and beauty. Like the 2020, so polished and velvety. I really like this. Not fabulous but delicious for sure.

August 19, 2023 - Lovely elegant wine, but an expressive nose with orange citrus mixed with white pepper and violets. Palate is rather crisp and focised, with repeating purple fruit that really fans out on the finish. Terrific elegant nuanced wine. Not powerful but doesn’t need to be.

April 16, 2023 - A private lunch (Restaurant Europa, Amsterdam, NL): Magnum. Elegant, supple, flowing, firm tannins, flowers and warm spices, lifted and structured, orange and peach, excellent resonance and length.
