  September 24, 2021 - Really oaky and feel like its been mixed with bourbon. Very silky, oaky, easy to drink.

  July 17, 2020 - Theme was a Central Coast Chardonnay. This was a surprise, in contrast to Rosalie’s Cambria, Katherine Vineyard, which was a disappointment. I wanted to try this, to see what bourbon barrel,s might do to Chardonnay. The oak was restrained, it had good structure, most tasters liked it. One if the better wines of the night, which included a 2013 Sea Smoke Chardonnay. We will get more for the summer.
