February 5, 2020 - Light gold in color. Nose of apple and fruit. Light peach and lemon tasting that goes great with calamari.

September 7, 2019 - Not much nose. Green apple and lemon-like tartness. Acidity was high and the lingering astringency on the finish was unappealing as a sipping wine, may pair better with a fruit tort.
