Community Tasting Notes 1

November 23, 2021 - Very reduced at the opening. Poured half a bottle in a decanter and let sit for a hour. Helped a little bit, but reduction is still present. Strawberry jelly, cranberry, dried sage, wet tobacco. Silky with lip smacking acidity and a core of red berry followed by a herbal finish with notes of licorice root. Quite pretty.
