May 24, 2020 - Way more effervescent than expected upon removing the cap. Pretty light. Hint of sea salt. Refreshing.

May 9, 2020 - Wow, This has bubbles when you open it. Threw me off a bit, didn't know it was slightly carbonated. So much tropical fruit on the nose, Mango, passion fruit, green apple and pear. Very similar flavors on the taste. Crisp, fresh and great acidity.
