Base 80% 2018 /20% 2017
Light gold with a very broad and steady mousse. Medium intensity nose of Lemon Drops and warm scone. Nice tension and verve, with welcoming flavors of biscuit and ripe yellow citrus, maybe a little pineapple. Good depth holding through a medium-long finish. High qpr

July 8, 2023 - Wow. So fresh. Green apple, lemon, hints of strawberry, autolysis. Amazing acid and a coating minerality. Similar to nose. So yummy, so accessible yet it has such a serious mineral underlay. This runs circles around many higher priced, higher rated bottlings.

March 19, 2022 - Degorgé 2021. Made from vendange 2017 (80%) and 2016 (20%).
Floral and fruity notes on the nose.
On the palate yellow and green apples, pear, peach and medium acidity. No bitterness.

October 7, 2020 - Very enjoyable. Focused, almost steely on first sip. Fruit components tend to be citrus, citrus rind. Linear, not super expansive on palate so it makes for a great pairing with freshly shucked oysters.
