  December 3, 2021 - Tasted after a 2 1/2 hour decant.
  Dark ruby in colour with aromas of cured meat, sweet black fruit, slightly herbaceous with notes of oak & earth.
  On the palate, full bodied tart black fruit, blackberry/cassis/blueberry, herbaceous, background oak as vanilla, slightly earthy, high acidity, medium soft tannins, & a medium to long finish to pepper & a chalky minerality.
  Definitely more of a Shiraz style than Northern Rhone, & could use more cellar time to settle down & open up.

  My how palates change after a few years.
  
  Anyway, this is a sick joke of some assembly line manager's version of a syrah. Avoid.
