November 25, 2022 - Quite raisiny and fruit a bit on retreat . Enjoyable but I think , from my experience , with this wine , the Brindisi and the Salice Salentino that these Vallone wines are best young.

February 25, 2021 - Colour: ruby to garnet, medium
Nose: raisin, dark chocolate, wafts of cooca, some sweet spice
Palate: medium acidity; tannins quite light; juicy raisins, chocolate, cake spices.

July 21, 2020 - Warming, plummy wine with a hint of tobacco. Nice fruit with a savoury edge. Made for a meat pasta sauce or stew.
