August 13, 2022 - Similar to previous, albeit lacked discipline to let it go longer than 3 days, the last of which was very definitely the best to enjoy this as wine in and of itself; perhaps the introductory fizz has pairing utility, but I personally found it obstructive

February 2, 2022 - Night 1: mineral static, 10% indistinct fruit
2: 50/50 fruit to minerals. Fruit is mostly nectarine; some lemon to maintain a facade of respectability
4: 80% fruit, good length and intensity
5,6: hence the score. Not interesting (c'mon who are we kidding here, it's riesling), just super delicious
