January 16, 2022 - Black cherry, plum and blackberry on a nose that was decidedly more blackfruit based than either the 2015 or 2017. Medium bodied (13.5% ABV) with black cherry upfront and adds depth through the middle. Additional blackfruit notes through the middle work well with tart black cherry and a brighter cranberry note towards the back. More acidity, tannin and overall structure than either the 2015 or 2017, but because of the increased mid-body depth, it works quite well. This has the potential for future improvement as well as the mid-body should continue to open up with time.

January 6, 2021 - First night it was slightly out of balance, too fruit forward for my taste. On second night it was a different story. Wonderfully delicious Oregon Pinot, beautiful restrained fruit with mouthwatering acidity. Need to buy more and stash away for a year or so.
