September 15, 2023 - Still very young. Intense fruit. Full mouth feel. Long finish. Very dark red. Paired well with spicy brisket.

May 30, 2023 - A year and a half later and another bottle. The additional aging really made the Petit Verdot (it is a robust varietal) sing with licorice and cedar notes. This is a fully-extracted wine, but done well. Drinking perfectly now, rough edges have all become balanced and integrated.
Stood up to smoked baby back ribs on M-Day. -

December 20, 2022 - This is sublime! Full of blackberries, balanced with some earthiness, but mostly a jammy bomb. Which I absolutely love! A touch of acidity balances it perfectly - drinking really well now!

August 3, 2021 - Blackberries and black cherries, wet stone, graphite, vanilla, pepper, smoke. Lovely acid and smooth lingering tannins. Long finish.
