Community Tasting Notes 3

October 5, 2021 - Alive, balanced, textured, and delicious. Great with Thai squash red curry. Offered a tactile dense fruit (but not a dense wine overall) and a star anise element to the pairing Very different experience from tak4. Great drinking rn.

December 25, 2019 - This is a note from memory so won't go into detail.

Popped and poured. Wine was good but didn't have as much life as the Phenix (same vintage) we had a few weeks ago. Overall a little flat and dull. I'd drink Phenix all week, but not this.

Didn't finish it, though. Will have the rest today to see if a bit more time helps.

November 15, 2019 - Newly cut grass and juniper on the nose. Some alcohol heat, medium minus acidity, on the sweeter side, high concentration. Very jammy, cherry jam, juniper also on the palate, ripe blackberries. Easy pleaser, but a bit too jammy for me. I prefer my bojos tarter and more serious.
