October 16, 2021 - This still needs a year or Two before it hits its prime window. We did this as a part of a vertical and the group agreed that it needs a little more time to mellow and for the tannins to soften.

October 8, 2021 - Deep purplish color. Aromatic with funk, leather and berries. Very dry, medium body, fresh acidity, high tannins and fair balance. Flavors of violet, mulberries and green apple. Long finish.
