June 25, 2023 - A solid Barbera, served with pasta and salsiccia - nice job there. Tannin level is low/medium, acidity medium, finish is ok, despite a simpel character. The taste is dominated by cherries, raspberries, a touch of oak. Not a complex wine, but true to the grape and the region.
