September 13, 2021 - Similar to my experience back in August 2020: zippy and refreshing acidity, great aromatics and flavors, medium minus body, wonderful balance and some complexity. Paired well with the chicken pot pie dinner.

February 13, 2021 - This is great -- just what you'd want from a Loire SB. Just a bit of body weight to balance out the zip. Precise aromas and flavors, great with food, the whole package.
