December 12, 2023 - Pale golden yellow in the glass. Smells like lemony sunshine, faint herbs. On the palate, bright citrus, more herbality, and a nice round mouthfeel. Solidly medium bodied, curvaceous and utterly dry. 91/92

January 31, 2022 - Quite nutty and herbal, beautiful rich texture but not heavy, almond, dried green herbs, coriander, citrus oils, pear, quince, wet stone.... really interesting stuff

January 5, 2021 - Ribolla Gialla, Verduzzo and Picolit aged for 11 months in barriques. Considering that, I am impressed how light the mouthfeel is. White flowers, apples, pears, quince, wet stone. Very mineral driven with surprisingly decent acid. Drinking well now, will age even longer. Paired with shrimp and octopus pansotti in a brown butter and sage sauce, which worked.
