January 2, 2022 - My first Etna Bianco, what I enjoyed the most was acidity, very steely and piercing. Can't wait to learn more about this region.

October 31, 2020 - light, lemon colour, shiny. nose: smoky with cigar notes, dry, with some soft peach notes; robust. taste: high acidity; lemon with steel mineral notes; some smoke, some saltiness; small amount of fruity notes - only some grapefruit in the finish. Really a bit too flat. Its kind of "expected more" but "maybe there is something more". I Cannot see more than 86.
