  July 26, 2022 - ((Day 2)) - color: deep straw; nose: honeysuckle, cotton candy; taste: light-to-medium bodied mouth feel, very clean taste, plenty dry, stone fruit notes, lots of acidity, medium-length finish; overall: yummy, drinking well as of Summer 2022...and likely to remain so for at least another five years

  Moderate acidity, avoiding the easy sweetness common in Mosels of this price, but lacking tension probably as a result of the alcohol level
  
  Definitely on the fruit end of the spectrum, any minerality hidden away at this point
