August 10, 2021 - Nose: cherries with some funky barnyard brett
Palate: light bodied cherry with some dirt, turpentine, and brett
    Tasted with: spaghetti bologna
Overall: prominent brett that blew off after 30 minutes but was never overwhelming and was actually integrated with the light cherry flavors. Was lighter bodied than I expected. Not quite as good as prior COS wines but still in the very good range. Consensus at my house: 89 points (87 and 90)

August 4, 2021 - Pulled the cork and gave this two hours of slo-ox air. Great showing, with ripe fruit, dark dark smoky minerals, an good balance and freshness. Lively and bright wine, great with rich food. I found the amphorae induced oxygenation a bit distracting at times, for me it took a little away from the otherwise crystalline purity of the wine. But I'm picking nits...

March 17, 2021 - A blend of Frappato di Vittoria 40% and Nero d’Avola 60%. This showed notes of rosehip, bright cherries, cranberries, violets, and light earth. The palate was light and refreshing with red berries, fresh florals, and crushed stone. The tannins were super fine. This has a wonderful elegance to it and a delicate, yet persistent finish. 92+

March 6, 2021 - Karete likte ikke. Burde vært bedre luftet og temperert?

February 16, 2021 - Crisp, cherry, light enough for everyday drinking. Loved it
