September 7, 2021 - Seems will made, just a touch less aromatic than I am expecting. Nice white pepper finish. I probably wouldn’t get again given the other available options.

September 8, 2020 - Don’t drink a lot of Gruner but this was solid. Apricots, alcohol, slight licorice? Not much of a nose. Can’t see why this would get better with age, drink up.

January 22, 2020 - First bottle of the 2018. Pretty honey and spice aromas. Crisp, lovely fruit, lemons, green apples, growing spicy as it got air. Brisk acidity and great balance. Finishes long with lemon, honey and spice. Just delightful stuff at a fabulous price.
